Shipping & Returns

Haiti Made uses various reputable carriers offered in Shopify (UPS and USPS). Shipping is generated based on size, weight, and destination for products purchased. Orders are shipped from our North Carolina facility.

Full refund and return, no questions asked up to 15 days. Email info@haitimade.com to let us know you are returning the product. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number. Returned items should be in new and unused condition and packaged in the same way it was sent. Customer to pay return shipping.

After 15 days, customers must email info@haitimade.com with pictures and reason for wanting to return. It will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis.

For any items appearing to be damaged or defective, please contact info@haitimade.com to discuss a replacement or refund for the item. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number. Returned items should be in new and unused condition and packaged in the same way it was sent.

Specialty items, boxes, discontinued, and discounted items do not fall under these policies. All sales final.
